Our story began in 1991 in the city of Bellingham, Washington, where Antonio Amador, our motivated founder, established his first restaurant to much success. Our story continues when Antonio Amador and his cousin Modesto Ramos decided to try their luck at expanding in the state of Colorado in 1999.

The atmosphere is warm and friendly, the staff is exceptional and the food is always good and served quickly.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We ate there last night and the service was amazing! They kept our chips,salsa and our drinks full. That mushroom salsa was the best. I had the tamale and it was so big and yummy.
